Alcaidesa Boutique Hotel is excited to announce we are looking for dedicated Waiters/runners to join our team! We have 2 positions available until the end of September with the possibility of staying a year.

The role is a combination of waiter and reception as we are a small boutique hotel in San Roque, Southern Spain.

🔍 What We Look For

• Being able to handle multiple roles
• A passion for providing excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills in English and Scandinavian language; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in different roles such as waiter, bartender and reception
• A team player who contributes positively to a collaborative atmosphere
• Previous experience in a similar role is required

🎯 Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests with attentiveness and care
• Prepare and present drinks at our rooftop bar, ensuring all cocktails meet high standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables efficiently
• Provide guests with information about our menu and recommend items
• Ensure that guests feel welcome and valued throughout their experience

Requirements:

• The role will require flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience from upscale hotels or fine-dining restaurants.
• Experience with POS and booking systems. We use Mews and Lightspeed

🎁 What We Offer

• Wage of 12-15 euro per hour (no income tax in Spain for such a work short period)
