· A Barber/Frisør who brings positive energy to his clients and team every single day.

· A passion for hair. Working to constantly improve.

· Scissor and clipper skills. Beard trimming and wet shaving can be learnt here.

· English or Norwegian/Swedish language skills.

· Barbershop or hair salon experience.

Client Services

• Delivering high-quality haircuts, fades, tapers, scissor cuts and beard trims tailored to the client's needs.

• Offering advice on styles that suit the client's face shape, hair type and lifestyle.

• Hot towel shaves can be taught with us, if not an existing area of knowledge.

Client Experience

• Creating a welcoming, professional and relaxed environment.

• Building strong relationships with clients — listening, remembering their preferences, and offering honest advice.

• Maintaining a clean, hygienic and organized workstation at all times.

Product Knowledge & Sales

• Recommending hair and grooming products based on individual client needs.

• Staying updated on new trends styles, and tools.

• Upselling services and products where appropriate (never being pushy).

Professional Standards

• Following hygiene, health & safety protocols (tools disinfected, clean towels, etc.).

• Managing appointments efficiently and respecting time slots.

• Working as part of a team — supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and helping maintain shop culture.

Vi tilbyr

· Money. Starting salary of 34,000-40,000kr a month before tax. With a pay review after six months.

· One month free accommodation for those coming from outside Bodø.
