We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Manager to orchestrate our global logistics network. You will be the central point for all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring our innovative coffee roasters reach customers worldwide seamlessly and on time. This is a critical role that connects our Norwegian production floor to the global coffee community.

The Role in Detail

As our Supply Chain Manager, you are the architect of our physical product flow. Your primary mission is to ensure that every ROEST roaster, from our factory in Norway, embarks on a smooth and timely journey to its new home, anywhere in the world. You'll navigate the complexities of international logistics, from managing customs paperwork to coordinating with freight forwarders and resolving any hurdles along the way.

You'll be the go-to expert for all shipping matters, working closely with our internal teams to align delivery schedules with production and sales forecasts. This role isn't just about moving boxes; it's about delivering on our promise of quality and precision, from our hands to our customers'.

  • Oversee and execute all global inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

  • Manage all aspects of shipping documentation, including customs clearance, tariffs, and compliance.

  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any logistics, shipping, or customs-related issues.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, production, and accounting teams to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.

  • Continuously analyze and optimize shipping routes, carriers, and logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
