As Product Lead you will play a critical role in the development, design, and
optimization of SeaQ Integrated Bridge System. You will collaborate closely with different teams, including R&D, project, production, and end-customer to
ensure that our product meet the highest standards of quality, functionality,
and user experience. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will
be crucial in driving product innovation forward.

So – what are your skills?
Duties and responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Manager and stakeholders to develop and refine product concepts that align with customer needs and business goals.
- Technical Responsible for hardware standardization, inlcuding matrix solution, both for Bridge and other locations.
- Conduct testing and validation of product to ensure they meet expected criteria.
- Cooperate with delivery team to optimize delivery processes, improve efficiency, and resolve any technical issues that might during that phase.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements and cost reductions, and implement changes as needed.
- Provide technical support to project and sales team, assist in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.
- Responsible for delegated approval processes of the product with classifications societies.
- Maintain detailed documentation of product designs, specifications, and test results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree within electro / electronics / automation / computer science. Newly graduated are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant work experience can compensate for formal education.
- Certificate in electro / electronics is an advantage.
- Experience in product engineering, preferably in maritime industry.
- Familiar with KVM technology, Autocad, Wago PLC, computer networking, general computer and electrical hardware.
- Some knowledge in Java, JavaScript and C++ is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Knowledge in marine navigation and communication equipment is an advantage
