Requirements

1–3 years of experience in hospitality (waitering, bartending, or similar roles).

Knowledge of bar operations, cocktails, and alcohol service (training provided for specialty drinks).

Language skills : Fluency in English and conversational Norwegian (B1 level or higher).

Customer-focused attitude with strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Valid work permit for Norway (or eligibility for visa sponsorship).

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient table service: take orders, serve food/drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer.

Operate POS systems, handle payments, and manage billing accuracy.

Maintain bar and dining area cleanliness, adhering to Norwegian hygiene standards (HACCP).

Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and restocking bar supplies.

Engage with guests in English and Norwegian, offering menu recommendations and resolving inquiries.

Support compliance with Norwegian alcohol-serving laws (e.g., age verification).
