We're looking for an independent, organized, and service-minded person to join our team in beautiful Lofoten. This role combines breakfast service, housekeeping, and light administrative duties.

About Us

• Lofoten Bed & Breakfast: 9 rooms, 2 apartments, and 2 cabins (max. 33 guests)

• Buodden Rorbuer : 5 fisherman cabins (max. 20 guests)

  Breakfast is served only for guests at the B&B; the cabins in Sørvågen are self-catering.

Main Tasks

Breakfast & Guest Service

• Prepare and serve traditional Norwegian breakfast

• Keep dining room clean and tidy

• Monitor kitchen/dining stock

• Provide friendly guest service and information

Housekeeping

• Clean rooms, apartments, and cabins (Reine & Sørvågen)

• Maintain common and outdoor areas

• Ensure high cleanliness and comfort standards

Administrative Tasks

• Handle bookings, guest communication, and reviews

• Order bed linen and supplies

• Grocery shopping for breakfast service

• Support staff scheduling and routines

Requirements

• Driving licence (Class B)

• Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently

• Training provided — experience in hospitality is a plus

• Training provided during quieter periods

• Salary according to agreement, minimum NOK 204,79/hour for worker over 20 years
