Are you an experienced marine mechanic looking for an exciting opportunity in Northern Norway? We are seeking a skilled mechanic to join a team in Harstad for a seasonal position with the possibility of permanent employment.

Job Responsibilities

• Repair and service of marine engines (both outboard engines and inboard diesel engines)

• Possible tasks may also include installation of electronics, plastic/hull repair work, and related duties (not required but an advantage)

Requirements

• Education in motor science or equivalent

• Experience with inboard diesel engines and/or outboard engines

• Good command of English (Scandinavian language skills are a strong advantage)

Conditions

• Salary: NOK 47,000–50,000 per month (fixed salary)

• Housing: Not provided, but we will assist in finding suitable accommodation

• Contract duration: January 2026 — August 2026

• For the right candidate, this position may develop into a permanent role

Working period: 05.01.2026 – 30.08.2026
