We are searching for a skilled and creative Chef for our culinary team at EPIC Tromsø. You will be responsible for making delectable American comfort food dishes that will elevate our guests' experience.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to cook all dishes on our menu to the standard of Arctic Nightlife, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Take part in training and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Cooperate with the service staff to optimize the flow of the restaurant.
• Be fast and consistent with all plates leaving the kitchen.
