Hva vi ser etter

• Experience as a cook or kitchen assistant (professional or high-level home cooking)

• Organized, clean, and able to work independently or in a small team

• Passionate about sustainability, quality, and seasonal ingredients

• English speaking (other languages a plus)

• Valid work permit for Norway (EU/EEA citizens or relevant visa holders)

• Driver's license (Category B) is a bonus

Arbeidsoppgaver

• Prepare delicious, home-style meals for groups and staff (often using local ingredients)

• Plan and prep food for tours, including packed meals and warm dishes served outdoors

• Accommodate dietary restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.)

• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are met in all workspaces, stocktake, dishwashing, kitchen cleaning

• Coordinate with the logistics team for purchasing and inventory
