The Social Gaming Group (TSGG) brings people together through the power of play. We operate innovative gaming venues under the brand Oche(tech-powered darts and shuffleboard), as well as developing the technology behind 500+ game machines globally.

The Opportunity

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our IT Development Internship Program for 1 day per week over 2 months, beginning on the 01 November 2025. You'll be part of a small team of interns based in our office in central Oslo. You'll get to work on exciting projects and have the chance to learn directly from our experienced developers.

At the end of the internship, one intern will be selected for a full-time Junior Developer role with us in Oslo!

What You'll Do

• Contribute to real development projects alongside our IT team

• Explore our tech stack: Clojure, Rust, Python, and Linux

• Gain exposure to writing, testing, and deploying code

• Collaborate with other interns and senior developers

What You'll Bring

• Educational background in IT Development (Bachelors or Masters) desirable

• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn

• Some programming experience (from studies, bootcamps, or personal projects)

• Interest in Linux, networking, or backend systems

• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to experiment

What You'll Learn

• Real-world coding practices and deployment

• System monitoring, automation, and server basics

• Writing clean, maintainable code

• How development works in a scale-up/start-up culture

All interns who complete this program with us will receive a certificate of completion and a reference.
