Your main tasks will include:

• Varied production work onboard newbuilds and conversion projects
• Fabrication and prefabrication of pipes and pipe components
• Installation of complex piping systems onboard vessels
• Assisting with inspection and certification of piping systems
• Maintenance and control of tools and welding equipment
• Quality assurance and deviation reporting

Qualifications:

• Trade certificate as an Industrial Pipefitter (or equivalent)
• Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal certificate
• Ability to read and interpret piping and isometric drawings

Personal qualities:

• Strong focus on HSE and quality
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently
• A team player who collaborates well across disciplines

The position reports to Team Leader Piping.

Work location: Leirvik, Hyllestad (Norway)
