We are currently seeking a motivated Sous-Chef with a passion for working in a international team. Daily responsibilities include preparing fresh à la carte dishes, following HACCP requirements, working closely with the Head Chef, and training new staff.

Opening Hours:
Monday 10:30-21:00
Tuesday – Saturday 10:30-22:00
Sunday 11:00-21:00

About the Position:
As a Sous-Chef at Hevd Torget, you'll collaborate with our bakery, pizzeria, grill sections, and two other Hevd departments. You'll share responsibilities with another Sous-Chef and assist the Head Chef in managing our kitchen operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare à la carte dishes, particularly within the grill section

  • Adhere to HACCP guidelines

  • Train and onboard new kitchen staff

  • Manage storage and inventory

  • Contribute to maintaining and developing the food concept and menu

Core Duties:

  • Prepare dishes according to recipes and kitchen standards

  • Taste all dishes before service

  • Monitor and manage food orders

  • Cook meals on time in collaboration with other chefs

  • Follow daily routines and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of documented experience as a chef

  • Previous leadership experience is an advantage

  • Able to speak and be understood in English
