Semine is currently looking for a Head of Marketing who can be based in Oslo, Stockholm, or Helsinki. This is a central role in driving their continued international expansion and shaping the company’s global growth journey.

Your responsibilities
As Head of Marketing at Semine, you will take full responsibility for further developing the marketing function in an expanding SaaS environment. You will lead the existing marketing team and play a central role in the company’s continued international growth. Your mission includes both strategic leadership and hands-on execution—with a focus on strengthening brand awareness in established markets and supporting expansion into new ones.

You will work closely with the sales organization and executive leadership to ensure an integrated go-to-market structure where Marketing is a critical function for demand generation, conversion, and long-term growth. Your role includes shaping and executing the overall marketing strategy while ensuring daily operations are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with business goals.

You will also be responsible for scaling the MarTech stack, establishing campaign planning, analysis, and KPI tracking processes, and driving larger marketing projects from ideation to execution. As Semine’s presence grows in new markets, your strategic work on PR, brand positioning, and brand building will be essential.

You will join a team with strong expertise in digital marketing and have direct responsibility for further developing the team’s capabilities. Additional resources are planned for the autumn, likely including a Content Executive/Content Producer role combining creativity with project management skills.

This role is perfect for someone driven to build, structure, and get things done—combining a strategic overview with a strong hands-on mentality. You have experience building brands and marketing functions in growth companies, preferably during international expansion. You have worked strategically with PR, built modern MarTech stacks, and experience with tools like HubSpot is a strong plus. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and be an important part of leadership discussions on marketing and growth.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Higher education in marketing, business, communications, or related fields
  • Several years of strategic and operational marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Proven track record of building and leading marketing functions in a B2B environment
  • Experience in brand building, including positioning and awareness in new markets
  • Strong knowledge of digital channels, campaign management, marketing automation, and performance marketing
  • Skilled at data-driven work with KPIs, analysis, and measurement of marketing efforts
  • Experience building and optimizing scalable MarTech stacks
  • Strategic experience with PR and communication
  • Experience with international marketing or working across Nordic countries is a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and good knowledge of Norwegian/Swedish or Finnish is an advantage
