kta naval systems has its headquarters in Kongsberg, Norway and a branch office in Bremen, Germany. This position is located in Kongsberg.

We are now recruiting Head of Engineers to shape the future of submarines with its product family of Combat Systems ORCCA.

• A degree in a technical discipline
• Interest, knowledge or experience in submarine Combat Systems or its subsystems
• Leadership skills, a person who has what it takes to lead with commitment and enthusiasm
• Experience as a Group Leader/Team Leader and interest in the management profession
• Great interest in leading and further developing engineers, yourself and the management team
• Ability and motivation to acquire new knowledge and leadership skills
• Interest and see the importance of working with goals and improvements
• You who have great execution skills, but at the same time put people first
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• A pro-active mindset and enjoy challenges
