We are looking for a carpenter/handyperson to support our real estate company, primarily in the Stavanger area.

Experience is an advantage, but not required — we can provide training and guidance. Skills in simple framing, insulation, drywall, gardening, and general maintenance work will be helpful. We offer a varied and dynamic workday with many different tasks.

Work Tasks:

• Carpentry work

• Building and adjusting walls

• Installing insulation

• Drywall installation and finishing

• Following up work tasks in coordination with the project manager (me)

• Purchasing necessary materials

• General gardening and outdoor maintenance

• Preparing properties for sale

• Assisting partner companies with house renovations
