We are looking for a personal assistant (PA) for a large Fortune 500 international client. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO in Norway and perform several exciting administrative tasks. Some travel activities must be expected.

- Executive calender and meeting management
- Comprehensive Travel Coordination

Desired experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in economics or administration
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar work responsibilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, structured and high work ethic
- Language competence: fluent professional in English and Chinese
Start date: After summer 2025 Duration: approximately 1 year
