With a dedicated team of 9 professionals in the Netherlands and around 20 skilled workers on-site in Norway, we work daily to create unique living and vacation experiences. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and independent Construction Supervisor / Project Manager (Procurement & Site) in Vrådal, Norway.

Your Role

You'll feel at home on the construction site in Vrådal! You will be the eyes and ears of our company on location. Building luxury holiday homes in unique locations is your passion, and you convey that enthusiasm to all the craftsmen you manage. You're a strong communicator, and with your construction expertise, you'll collaborate closely with the client advisor to ensure the successful delivery of the homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full technical responsibility for the timely construction and delivery of various homes

• Leading and coordinating the local construction team as the primary point of contact

• Ensuring safety, construction site layout, and logistics in consultation with the team

• Keeping the client advisor and management updated on progress via clear year/month/week planning

• Identifying areas for improvement, proposing concrete action plans, standardizing processes, and sharing knowledge with colleagues for future projects

This role offers a wide range of responsibilities in procurement, construction, and project development.

Main Challenges:

• Creating a solid construction schedule

• Ensuring all materials arrive on time at the site

• Effectively managing people from different cultural backgrounds

• Delivering high-quality, premium holiday homes

Who Are You?

Do you have experience in residential construction management? Are you a self-starter who can take full responsibility on-site?

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in construction or a technical/economic field

• At least 5 years of proven experience in residential construction and material procurement

• Independent, proactive, and persuasive

• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to communicate on different levels

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a hands-on attitude

• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written. Knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus.
