Hva vi ser etter

• Experience with East Asian cuisine (Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean cooking)

• Able to work well both independently and in a team setting

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Good communication skills in English (Norwegian is a bonus)

• Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours

• Flexible and reliable

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

• Experience planning and preparing set menus or group menus is a plus

Arbeidsoppgaver

You'll be working side-by-side with our Head Chef and kitchen team to:

• Prepare and execute East Asian dishes to a high standard

• Plan and organize daily kitchen operations

• Collaborate on creating set menus for larger groups and special events

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

• Communicate clearly with the rest of the team and Restaurant Manager

• Ensure kitchen tasks are distributed efficiently and the team works in sync
