We are excited to welcome a talented chef to Pizza Da Mimmo Lilleaker! We have one full-time (100%) position available, starting on August 01 and ending September 30. If you are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and love showcasing authentic Italian cuisine, we want to hear from you!

🔍 What We Look For

• A deep passion for cooking and Italian culinary traditions
• Ability to execute dishes according to specified routines and profitability goals
• Experience in daily mise en place and meal preparation
• Knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards
• Strong collaboration skills to foster teamwork within the kitchen and across departments
• Fluent in Norwegian or English

🎯 Responsibilities

• Create delicious and high-quality dishes in line with our restaurant concept
• Prepare meals for lunch, conference dinners, and special events
• Follow established guidelines for ingredient management and cleanliness
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and storage areas
• Ensure effective communication and cooperation with service staff, bar, and other departments
• Contribute to a positive work environment and assist colleagues when needed
• Work evenings and weekends as required by the restaurant schedule

Service hours are 16:00- 21:00 (15:00-21:00) and the kitchen is staffed with one pizzaiolo and one chef at all times. Mondays the restaurant is closed.
