Hotell Geiranger

We are looking for chefs for the summer season.
The hotel has 151 guest rooms, 1 restaurant, 1 cafè and 2 bars.

Hva vi ser etter

  • You have a professional certificate as a chef with good references or similar experience similar experience

  • You must speak and write English

  • You have good communication skills

  • You are service-minded and tidy

  • You enjoy working in a team and in a hectic environment

  • You are solution-oriented and structured

  • You take challenges in your stride

  • You have a good sense of humour

  • You must have a professional, personal and positive approach to colleagues and guests.

  • Must have knowledge of IK (internal food control)

  • You must have an understanding of financial and cost-effective operations

Arbeidsoppgaver

  • Cooking breakfast/lunch/dinner

  • Cooking food for groups/tour operators

  • Preparing our à la carte

  • Cooking all food and staff meals

  • Washing up and cleaning the kitchen

Vi tilbyr

Salary: Paid according to qualifications and previous experience, according to agreement.

We have our own staff housing/housing and dinner is included in the rent and served once a day in our canteen
