What we are looking for

• Valid driver's licence category D and code 95

• Valid work permit (We assist with necessary documentation for qualified EU/EEA candidates)

• Experience as a bus driver.

• Good proficiency in English or Norwegian; additional languages like German, Spanish, Italian are a bonus

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Responsible, service-minded and proactive

• Flexible: Happy to work with varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Able to adapt and work in a team with colleagues from diverse backgrounds

• Comfortable with digital registration of work hours and following company routines

Arbeidsoppgaver

Job responsibilities

• Drive sightseeing and tourist buses between cruise terminals and attractions in several Norwegian cities

• Deliver safe, professional transport and top-quality customer experiences

• Perform daily technical checks of buses as instructed

• Represent Hop On AS positively and professionally at all times

• Follow traffic rules, safety guidelines, and employer procedures
