As we are continuously growing, we are now looking for a person to join our Technical Support Team in Egersund. We are proud of our strong brand reputation – making life easier for our customers with quick responding support.

What you'll do

  • Be the first friendly voice our customers hear when they need technical assistance

  • Troubleshoot and respond to tickets from our customers

  • Work alongside senior consultants to learn new skills and tackle bigger challenges

  • Spot opportunities to improve processes and client experience

What we're looking for

  • Someone who has a basic understanding of computer systems and networks, and software applications and installations

  • Troubleshooting techniques for hardware and software

  • Great communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Customer Service Orientation

  • A team worker

  • Willingness to work and adapt to new technologies
