We are now hiring our Administration Manager.
Are you a structured and inspiring leader with a passion for hospitality and people? We’re looking for an Administration Manager to align our teams, streamline systems, and ensure smooth back-office operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee administrative systems and ensure efficient back-office operations
Coordinate cross-departmental workflows and internal communication
Manage purchasing, inventory, and supplier relations for administrative needs
Maintain and improve routines for health, safety, and environment (HSE)
Ensure compliance with environmental certification requirements and lead sustainability initiatives.
Develop and manage schedules and routines
Support hotel operations through structured reporting, follow-up, and process optimization
Qualifications
Experience in a similar role
Background in hospitality or hotel operations is preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Personal qualities may compensate for lack of experience.
