We're looking for an administration and customer coordinator in a temporary position, with start in early 2026 and finish spring 2027 with possibility to continue working in the company.
Who is this work for
We're looking for candidates with prior experience in tourism administration in Norway and especially building business to business relationships, customer communication and activity product management.
Work require attention to the details, being able to structure work tasks and being detail-oriented, with good communication skills. We need team players who enjoy supporting others, but we also want you to be able to work independently and organise your daily work in an efficient way.
In winter we focus on skiing, snowshoeing, and winter outdoor equipment rentals. During the summer we work with cycling and hiking. That creates challenges but also makes the work days variable and interesting.
Main responsibilities

Communication and relation building with business partners; preparing and following up offers, managing customer accounts.

Administration of activity products in our booking systems (City Break/I-Ticket, Viator and Get your Guide)

Customer communication and customer service; answering emails, administrative work, preparing offers for private tours on request
For the right candidate the position can also include:

work with marketing

contributing to product development

work related to environment profile of the company – eg. preparing environment reports within Miljøfyrtårn certification
Position Requirements:

Prior experience in an administrative role in tourism

Prior experience with customer service, sales or booking systems

Experience in administration of booking platforms: ITicket, City Break, Viator and Get Your Guide will be great advantage

Teamwork and ability to follow routines and safety instructions, attention to details are essential for this work.

We will prioritise candidates who are already live or know well Tromsø area.

Good English, written and spoken proficiency is necessary. Norwegian will be an advantage but is not required.

Interest and personal experience in outdoor activities such as skiing, snowboarding, hiking, camping, snowshoeing and cycling is an advantage
Position duration
This position is planned as a substitute for an employee who is planning ca. 1.5 year permission from work with us. Work start is planned in early 2026 (exact date can be agreed on) until at least late spring 2027, with the possibility to extend the contract or to the right candidate change into a permanent position.
