Gudvangen Fjordtell
We are looking for chefs to fill a variety of outlets, we have 6F&B outlets active during the summer season. Our 2 main restaurants, our seaside seafood restaurant and evening a la carte focus on a rustic dining experience focused on fresh and nordic inspired dishes.

Work period- June to end of September (all year employment might be possible for the right person)
Starting date will be discussed individually, based on department needs and your availability.
Requirements
· A good command of English.
· Good teamwork and communication skills
· Prior experience in a relevant field
· Permission to work within EU or EEA
· Not mandatory: The ability to use a Scandinavian language is a large plus (but we also need; Spanish, French and German)
Arbeidsoppgaver
We are looking for experienced a la carte chefs. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Typical task will include, but not limited to:

Receiving, checking and storing of deliveries.

Sorting, cleaning and tracking items in fridge, freezer and dry goods storages.

Food and workstation prep.

Ensure continuous equal and high quality of service at all time.

Cleaning of workstations and kitchens.

You will be working in one of the most beautiful places in Norway, surrounded by picturesque lanscape. Close by there are several nature trails, a kayaking center and viking village. Gudvangen is well connected with busses and ferries to Flåm and Voss. Where a variate of activities, shops and restaurants can be found, like skydiving, zip-lining, pubs, rafting, cinemas and more.
