About the role

This position is for our Therapy Business Unit. We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Medical Associate. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our AI technology and the medical practices we serve. Your mission is to ensure our clinicians are masters of their software systems, empowering them to optimize workflows, improve patient care, and enhance operational efficiency. If you have a medical degree and a passion for using technology to solve real-world problems, we want to hear from you! 🚀

Your key responsibilities include:

• Streamline Administrative Processes: Design AI-powered workflows to drastically reduce administrative burdens, allowing clinicians to prioritize patient care.

• Guide product and clinical strategy: Share insights on frontline needs, regulatory dynamics, and systemic pain points to shape our roadmap.

• Champion Customer Feedback: Serve as the customer advocate, collecting valuable insights and feedback to guide continuous product and engineering enhancements.

• Advance AI Capabilities: Contribute to the development and refinement of templates and prompts for our AI assistant, establishing it as an essential documentation tool.

• Drive Commercial Expansion: Conduct impactful live product demonstrations for potential clients and represent the company at industry conferences and events.

• Represent the vision: Review our messaging and go-to-market approach. Contribute to public-facing content that positions us as a trusted partner in healthcare transformation.

What will help you to be successful in this role?

• A few years of work experience as a doctor or therapist

• Degree in medicine or licensed medical professional/ therapist

• Deep understanding of how clinicians operate (GP, physiotherapy or psychology)

• Ability to build relationships with the medical associations/ unions in your country

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, engineers, and commercial teams

• Extreme sense of ownership and urgency

• Preference for prior healthcare consulting experience (not required)
