Looking for a customer focused, reliable, positive and enthusiastic person to join our team.

Must enjoy working in a fast paced, hectic environment, like to be part of a growing business. Have ability to work with a sense of urgency and speed, while maintaining quality.

In this position you will have a joint role

50% of your time working in the coffee shop – serving customers, making coffee, doing dishes. varied shifts from Mon-Sun 7-19.30

50% in the kitchen baking – preparing buns, bread, toasts, wraps, cake. varied shifts from Mon- Sun 4-12.00 (must be able to walk to work or drive because public transport is not available at this time)

Racoon is known for providing good service and high quality food and drink prepared on location from scratch.

A passion for customer service, food, coffee and bakery is a must.

We work closely in a team, its important you are a team focused individual who is flexible and willing to participate in varies tasks and gets along well with others.

Racoon Coffee is an English speaking work place, ability to communicate well in English is important, basic level of Norwegian is helpful.

We are mostly looking for individuals who have a hard working and positive attitude. Preferably experience in hospitality. Baking degree is not compulsory, we are willing to give people training at work.

Must be available some weekend days and for at least 2-3 baking shifts a week.
