What you'll do

Be the first friendly voice our customers hear when they need technical assistance

Troubleshoot and respond to tickets from our customers

Work alongside senior consultants to learn new skills and tackle bigger challenges

Spot opportunities to improve processes and client experience
What we're looking for

Someone who has a basic understanding of computer systems and networks, and software applications and installations

Troubleshooting techniques for hardware and software

Great communication skills (verbal and written)
