Shape the Future of Human Connection
This is not your standard designer role; it is a real chance to create a product that pivots the digital world into a more supportive place. As a founding team member and our first design hire, you'll have product ownership from day one. You'll work directly with the CEO (a designer herself) to translate a validated prototype into a beautiful, intuitive, and emotionally intelligent product ready for MVP launch. The future roadmap includes user testing, validation, strategic development towards Beta and final launch.
What You'll Own

Design Leadership: Take our high-fidelity prototype and evolve the entire product design from user flows and wireframes to polished UI and seamless interactions: getting Healari ready to be handed over to our CTO for MVP development, and beyond.

Product Strategy: Collaborate directly with the founder to make key decisions that align user needs and business goals.

User Advocacy: Lead user testing and research to deeply understand our community and design a product they truly love.

Culture & Team Building: Help design our UI/UX architecture and, as we grow, build and lead your own team.

Bonus points for previous experience in start-up or SaaS environment, but passion and talent beats pedigree.
Compensation
This is a founding-team role, compensated through equity until the successful close of our first seed round. We are committed to fair and generous compensation, so the candidate willl receive a significant equity grant with a competitive cliff and vesting schedule. Upon successful funding, this role will additionally transition to a full-time, paid position.
