Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of a la carte courses according to established recipes and guest preferences.

Accurately measure and portion ingredients for consistency.

Monitor and adjust oven temperatures to ensure optimal cooking conditions.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Assist in managing inventory, including ordering and stocking ingredients.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.

Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative pizza recipes to enhance our menu.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.

Strong understanding of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene.
