Enter Viking Hotel is looking for friendly, service-minded, and

professional receptionists to strengthen our front desk team. We are

currently hiring for several positions with flexible employment

percentages: 100%, 80%, 60%, 40%, and 20%, as well as dedicated Night

Receptionists.

As a receptionist, you are the face of our hotel and play a key role in

creating positive guest experiences. If you enjoy working with people,

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and warmth

Handle check-in/check-out, bookings, and guest inquiries

Ensure smooth communication with other departments

For night shifts: oversee hotel operations, perform safety checks, and

assist late arrivals and early departures

We Are Looking For

Excellent communication and service skills

A proactive, responsible, and guest-focused mindset

Ability to work independently and in a team

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Fluency in English; other languages are a plus

Previous experience in hospitality is a benefit but not a requirement

Immediate Need: Night Receptionists

We are currently looking to fill Night Receptionist roles with some

urgency, and encourage candidates with night availability to apply as
