Hevd Bakeri & Pizzeria is Looking for a Sous-Chef
We are currently seeking a motivated Sous-Chef with a passion for working in a international team. Daily responsibilities include preparing fresh à la carte dishes, following HACCP requirements, working closely with the Head Chef, and training new staff.

Opening Hours:
Monday 10:30-21:00
Tuesday – Saturday 10:30-22:00
Sunday 11:00-21:00
About the Position:
As a Sous-Chef at Hevd Torget, you'll collaborate with our bakery, pizzeria, grill sections, and two other Hevd departments. You'll share responsibilities with another Sous-Chef and assist the Head Chef in managing our kitchen operations.
Main Responsibilities:

Prepare à la carte dishes, particularly within the grill section

Adhere to HACCP guidelines

Train and onboard new kitchen staff

Manage storage and inventory
-
Contribute to maintaining and developing the food concept and menu
Core Duties:

Prepare dishes according to recipes and kitchen standards

Taste all dishes before service
-
Monitor and manage food orders
-
Cook meals on time in collaboration with other chefs

Follow daily routines and procedures
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 5 years of documented experience as a chef

Previous leadership experience is an advantage

Able to speak and be understood in English
