An Embassy in Oslo is currently seeking experienced and reliable chauffeurs to join its team

Valid Category B driver's license (Norwegian or EU/EEA)
At least 2–3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in diplomatic, corporate, or executive settings
Punctuality and excellent time management
Discretion and confidentiality, especially when transporting diplomats or handling sensitive information
Professional appearance and behavior
Fluency in English; basic Norwegian
Excellent knowledge of Oslo's roads, traffic rules, and alternative routes
Organizational skills, including maintaining logs for fuel, mileage, and maintenance
Respectful attitude toward hierarchy, protocol, and formal procedures
Vehicle care skills: regularly checking, cleaning, and reporting vehicle issues
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or during official visits when required
Legal right to live and work in Norway

Safely transport embassy officials, staff, and official guests to and from meetings, events, and airports.
Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs, maintaining punctuality at all times.
Maintain and inspect embassy vehicles daily to ensure they are clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
Follow all traffic laws and adhere strictly to diplomatic protocols and security procedures.
Plan efficient routes considering traffic and event schedules, and adjust as necessary.
Keep accurate logs of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
Assist embassy staff with errands, deliveries, and occasional administrative tasks as needed.
Provide courteous and professional service, maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Coordinate with embassy security and administration to comply with safety and protocol requirements.
Attend training sessions on diplomatic protocol, defensive driving, and security procedures when required.
