Smakeriet Geilo, a celebrated casual dining restaurant known for our unique culinary experiences, is looking for dedicated kitchen assistants to join our team. We have two positions available for a seasonal contract starting on July 01 and until 15th of August.

• A strong interest in food preparation and kitchen operations
• Ability to work well in a busy environment
• Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Team player who enjoys supporting colleagues
• Comfortable communicating in Norwegian or English
• Previous experience in kitchen work is a plus but not required

🎯 Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in preparing ingredients for daily service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Help manage food storage and ensure proper labeling
• Support the cooking team during service, especially during peak times
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe kitchen environment
• Participate in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations
