Are you a skilled recruiter with a passion for the energy sector? GreatPeople is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to work for one or more of our international clients within the energy sector.

About the position: As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top candidates for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and ensure we deliver the best talent. The primary workplace will be Oslo, but there will be opportunities for extended stays in Lisbon.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English 
• Advantageous to have knowledge of Portuguese 
• Experience in recruitment, preferably within the energy sector
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
