Saga Trollheimen Hotel is seeking a talented chef to join our kitchen team! We have one full-time (100%) position available, with a start date on April 28, 2025 until November 15th

Our clientele are mainly workers from Croatia coming in for meals around the same time every day.
Approximately 25 people for breakfast and dinner.

Ability to prepare dishes in line with established routines (12-14 dishes on rotation)
Experience with cuisine from the Balkan area.
Experience working in a professional kitchen, with a focus on quality and consistency
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, in line with hotel standards
Ability to work independently and with 1 kitchen assistent
Fluent in Norwegian or English, with good communication skills
A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

Prepare and present high-quality dishes that reflect our regional cuisine concept
Ensure daily mise en place is completed efficiently before service
Follow established routines for ingredient handling and hygiene
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, storage areas, and service spaces
Manage kitchen operations during peak service times
Contribute positively to the working environment and collaborate with colleagues
