Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive & results-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our growing Team in NAVTOR Hellas SA. We are proud of our strong brand reputation – making life easier for our customers with quick responding support.
Core Accountabilities

Respond customer inquiries about company’s products and services via email or phone.

Register and maintain customer database, activate services, pre-define customers’ portfolio, and follow up subscription services.

Prepare quotations, process incoming orders, and deliver products in an efficient and timely manner.

Handling order cancellations, product returns and resolve any disputed invoices.

Providing help and support to customers for any software issue or portal access.

Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
Qualifications

Relevant qualification/experience (minimum two years) in a relevant and/or customer-facing role within a similar sector
Skills & Experience – Essential

Great reliability, dependability, adaptability, and consistently perform at a high level
-
Strong knowledge of the product or service to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
-
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, understand their needs, and provide clear and concise responses.

Good understanding of technology and software systems.

Fluent English

Excellent IT skills including Microsoft packages, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable

Equivalent working experience (2 years+) in marine technology industry preferred
