Arbeidsoppgaver

Main responsibility for managing the kitchen and kitchen team, including training and monitoring quality standards for Graffi's food concept.

Adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to food safety and health (IK food and HSE).

Handling food orders, receiving deliveries,and managing inventory flow.

Managing personnel, recruiting, training, and developing team members

Implementing and maintaining knowledge and procedures.

Overseeing daily food production.
