Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality (waitering, bartending, or similar roles).

  • Knowledge of bar operations, cocktails, and alcohol service (training provided for specialty drinks).

  • Language skills : Fluency in English and conversational Norwegian (B1 level or higher).

  • Customer-focused attitude with strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Valid work permit for Norway (or eligibility for visa sponsorship).

Arbeidsoppgaver

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, efficient table service: take orders, serve food/drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer.

  • Operate POS systems, handle payments, and manage billing accuracy.

  • Maintain bar and dining area cleanliness, adhering to Norwegian hygiene standards (HACCP).

  • Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and restocking bar supplies.

  • Engage with guests in English and Norwegian, offering menu recommendations and resolving inquiries.

  • Support compliance with Norwegian alcohol-serving laws (e.g., age verification).
