We are seeking an experienced Business Developer to expand our client base, strengthen key accounts, and lead commercial growth through strategic B2B sales of complex technical services.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, managing key client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. Acting as a senior commercial representative, you will deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions while collaborating closely with leadership and operational teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage long-term relationships with key clients.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.

Achieve sales and revenue targets across existing and new accounts.

Lead complex negotiations and manage commercial agreements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging service opportunities.

Collaborate with leadership and technical teams on growth and service development strategies.

Ensure all sales activities align with company strategy, policies, and compliance requirements.
Experience & Qualifications

10+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial or technical services.

Proven success selling complex technical solutions.

Experience in sectors such as oil & gas, energy, power, chemicals, or related industries preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience leading or managing sales teams.
