For the summer season 2026 we are currently looking for certified tour guides, to guide our cruise ship guests in the beautiful landscape and nature of Norway’s famous fjord and mountain region.
If you are not already certified as a tour guide, don’t worry, we will be able to help you with that!

Who we are looking for::

• Full conversational fluency in Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, French — a combination of any 3 of these languages with English. All applicants will be required to take short language tests. Norwegian language is not required but can be helpful

• Flexibility, service-mindedness and ability to work with people from different cultures

• Interest in Norwegian culture, history and nature

• Experiences abroad, valid language certificates and higher education are an advantage

• Experience in the service industry (hotel, restaurant, bar), working with large groups of people and/or volunteering work are also very interesting

• Our guides are certified tour giudes. If you are not already certified as a tour guide, don't worry, we will be able to help you with that!

• No previous guiding experience is necessary – if you are curious, sociable, energetic and have a love of nature, meeting new people, and feel you are a good storyteller, then this may be just the right exciting opportunity for you!

Arbeidsoppgaver

As a tour guide you will lead informative and engaging tours for cruise ships, and occasional private guests, visiting the beautiful fjords and mountains of Voss and the harbours of Flåm, Eidfjord, Vik, Ulvik and Odda. You will help guests on tours by bus, train, boat, gondola, walking or a combination of these, where you will discover culturally important sites and landmarks of interest whilst ensuring guests comfort, safety and an unforgettable experience is provided
