About the job 

You’ll work approximately 2 days per week (about 60 hours/month) and collaborate closely with both our Norwegian office and our Swedish HQ.

Your work will be a mix of localization, content creation, insight collection, and executing smaller marketing initiatives. You’ll help shape how Telavox shows up in Norway — from social media to campaigns to product communication.

This is an exciting time to join as we continue strengthening our Nordic marketing strategy and enhancing our localized presence.

Your day-to-day work may include:

• Translating, localizing, and adapting marketing materials (LinkedIn posts, blog articles, product content, campaign assets)

• Creating locally tailored content for launches, campaigns, and sales initiatives

• Gathering ideas and feedback from the Norwegian sales team, customers, and partners

• Prioritizing and executing small local marketing projects and initiatives

• Collaborating with the marketing team at HQ to ensure brand consistency

• Assisting in creative projects such as video production and graphic design

• Using AI tools to generate, optimize, and scale content creation

This role is based at our Telavox office in Norway, with close collaboration with teams in Sweden.

About you

You are a social, proactive, and curious marketing student who thrives in collaborative environments. You enjoy working with language, solving communication challenges, and finding ways to make content resonate with a specific audience.

You’re comfortable balancing multiple incoming requests, prioritizing them wisely, and adapting quickly when things change. You’re resourceful, creative, and open to experimentation, especially when it comes to using AI tools.

Key skills and qualities we are looking for:

• Quick learner with strong analytical and conceptual understanding

• Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly and naturally

• Creativity and openness to new ideas and approaches

• Enthusiasm for using AI tools in marketing workflows

• Strategic mindset and ability to link local needs to broader marketing goals

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Your background

• Currently studying marketing or a related field (minimum: 4th semester)

• Relevant marketing experience or strong interest in digital marketing

• Native-level proficiency in Norwegian (spoken & written)

• Comfortable communicating in English

• Location: Telavox office in Norway (with remote collaboration with the Swedish HQ)

• Start: As soon as possible in 2025 or early 2026
